Welcome to TokenCon 2024!

Join us at TokenCon this year as we journey through the rich history of board gaming and marvel at its evolution! We’ll gaze from the past to the future, as the world of board gaming continues to level up—embracing inclusivity, accessibility, and fun for everyone!

TokenCon is leveling up this year too! Thanks to the huge support of an ever-increasing number of supporters, TokenCon has become bigger and better with each passing year. We have now outgrown two prior venues and are pleased to announce we will be at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Reed Convention Center for 2024. This is a venue with a long history of hosting large conventions, with a beautifully modernized hotel.

With more space available to us, we can provide more of everything you love, including a larger game library. For more details of all the ways in which we have leveled up in both quality and quantity, check out the details below.

Established in 2018, TokenCon is an extension of the Oklahoma Board Game Community's network of board game events throughout Oklahoma. Oklahoma Board Game Community (OKBGC) is known locally for hosting weekly and monthly events, attracting anywhere between 10-150 people, based on the venue and type of event. With over 3,300 Facebook group members and over 4,200 MeetUp members, OKBGC is excited to deliver another TokenCon and thankful to the many regular gamers who support us with their time and resources.

Rob Daviau, Game Designer & Chief Restoration Officer at Restoration Games
We are delighted to welcome Rob Daviau to TokenCon 2024!
A 25-year industry veteran, Rob has worked on over 100 published games. For 14 years, Rob was at Hasbro Games, where he worked on Risk 2210 AD, Axis & Allies Pacific, Betrayal at House on the Hill, Star Wars Epic Duels, Heroscape, Clue DVD, Clue Harry Potter, Risk Star Wars, Risk Lord of the Rings, and many more. He was editor of Trivial Pursuit for 8 years and ran the editorial department for 1.
His last game with Hasbro was Risk Legacy, which led into a solo career whose games include Pandemic Legacy (Seasons 1, 2, and 0), Seafall, Mountains of Madness, Ultimate Werewolf Legacy, Cthulhu: Death May Die, and Betrayal Legacy.
Since 2016, Rob has also been the Chief Restoration Officer at Restoration Games, a publisher whose goal it is to bring all the best out-of-print boardgames back to life. Restoration has published Downforce, Stop Thief!, Indulgence, Dinosaur Tea Party, Fireball Island, Return to Dark Tower, and over a dozen games in the Unmatched line.
Rob has been a professor of Game Design at Hampshire College and NYU, has contributed articles to various books on game design, and has been a speaker at dozens of conferences.
